1. Contractual Relationship
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the website and consultation services provided by Social Handle Growth LLC (“the Company”). Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided during your paid consultation for your own business use only.
4. User Obligations & Conduct

5. Payment and Fees
Currency: All fees are stated in USD ($) unless otherwise specified.
Auto-Pay: If you subscribe to ongoing services, you authorize our Auto-Pay system to charge your payment method on the monthly anniversary of your service.
Late Fees: Payments missed by more than 5 days may incur late penalties and suspension of service.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by Delaware law, the Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in question.
Exculpation: As per our Operating Agreement, the Member is not liable for acts done in good faith to promote the best interests of the Company.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold Social Handle Growth LLC and its members harmless from any claims or legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Premises/Services.
7. SMS and Mobile Messaging Program
7.1. International Use: As you are accessing this service from outside the US, you are responsible for compliance with local Italian and EU laws.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
